Must be used with metal driver (not included). Need the metal driver,
- Cookie paddles work well for all but the stiffest cookie dough
- Please use the Bosch Universal Dough Hook when adding ingredients such as raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc, or making extra large batches
- Cookie paddles are dishwasher safe
- The splash ring must always be locked in place when using cookie paddles, bowl cover may be removed to easily add ingredients
- Do no use with frozen or cold butter
