The Pastalinda® Pasta Dryer combines durability with user-friendly features, offering easy assembly and disassembly. Its practical, comfortable, and versatile design allows for the efficient drying or aeration of almost all types of long pasta.
For optimal results, it is recommended to allow the pasta to rest after kneading and before processing through the Classic Pastalinda. Additionally, drying or aerating the pasta before cooking is advised, with a suggested resting time of 30/40 minutes.
Equipped with retractable arms, the Pastalinda Pasta Dryer enhances convenience and organization in the pasta preparation process. Whether it's fettuccine, noodles, spaghetti, or sheets for pappardelle, lasagna, or cannelloni, this versatile dryer accommodates your needs. Utilize one or all 12 arms simultaneously for efficient pasta drying. The pasta, collected with the curved rod from the classic machine, can be placed directly on an arm of the pasta dryer, allowing the drying of up to 2 kilograms of pasta in a compact space.
